Gang & Associates, P.A., a national niche law firm in the veterans’ benefits field, is adding full-time attorneys to its nationwide practice. In this role you will be representing disabled veterans and their survivors in all compensation claims nationwide before the Regional Offices, Board of Veterans Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Requirements for Junior Attorney Hire
1. One of the following criteria must apply:
- One to three years of full-time experience with substantive exposure representing a significant number of veterans before the Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans Appeals, or the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; or:
- One to three years of full-time experience as an attorney for the Board of Veterans Appeals or the VA Office of General Counsel, Litigation Group VII; or:
- A one-year clerkship for a Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

4. Be extremely organized, tech savvy, and a fast learner
5. Have a good attitude and strong work ethic
6. Track record of strong docket management skills
7. Superior client relation skills
9. Strong computer and technology skills; Microsoft Office/Adobe Pro proficiency
