Dana N. Yoon

“I am honored to be representing veterans and fighting for the benefits they deserve.”

Dana represents veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. With her extensive litigation and legal writing experience, she has successfully fought and won appeals for hundreds of veterans since joining Gang & Associates.

After law school, Dana served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane A. Restani at the U.S. Court of International Trade. She worked on international trade cases as well as a wide range of appellate issues on Circuit Courts of Appeal across the country. During her clerkship, Dana experienced litigation from a judge’s perspective and refined her legal writing skills.

Dana then worked as senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange, which later became FINRA. She prosecuted financial firms and individual brokers for violations of federal securities laws and financial industry rules, and successfully litigated several noteworthy cases and negotiated numerous settlements. For nearly a decade, she fought for investors’ rights and sharpened her litigation skills.

In 2018, she joined Gang & Associates and quickly adapted her practice to veteran’s disability law. With her extensive litigation experience, and passion for advocating for disabled veterans, she has won appeals for hundreds of veterans at the Veteran’s Court.

Dana lives in Jersey City, NJ with her husband, who is a U.S. Army veteran, and her two children.
