After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Dana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane A. Restani at the U.S. Court of International Trade. In that role, she not only worked on trade cases, but also was exposed to a wide range of federal appellate issues when Judge Restani sat by designation on Circuit Courts of Appeal across the country. During her clerkship, Dana experienced litigation from a judge’s perspective and honed her legal writing abilities.

With her extensive litigation and legal writing experience, she has successfully fought and won hundreds of cases. She is honored to be representing veterans and fighting for their rights.

After her clerkship, Dana joined the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange, which later became FINRA. There, she prosecuted large financial firms as well as individual brokers for violations of federal securities laws and financial industry rules. She successfully litigated several significant cases and negotiated numerous settlements in various complex cases. Dana worked in securities regulation for nearly a decade, fighting for investors’ rights and sharpening her litigation skills.

In 2018, she joined Gang & Associates and has quickly adapted her legal practice to veteran’s disability law. Dana’s area of expertise is representing veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. With her extensive litigation and legal writing experience, she has successfully fought and won appeals for over 80 veterans in just two years. She is honored to be representing veterans and fighting for their rights.

Dana lives in Jersey City, NJ with her husband, who is a U.S. Army veteran, and her two children.
